“I need to express myself through colours and brushes. When creating new looks and images I feel my best. I love to work with different kinds of people and I’m fulfilled when my work makes people feel beautiful and unique.”

My makeup artist career started several years ago at University; I have a Bachelor degree in Fashion and Textile Design, which helped me in many ways with make-up. Although, I have been inspired by the beautiful world of fashion, makeup and colours since childhood. During my studies, I started to expand my knowledge with several makeup courses, workshops and assistant works. Then I decided that the passion for makeup will become my profession. First, I worked for magazines, fashion shows and video productions in my country. Then I moved to Milano and Paris where I remained for a decade and gained precious experiences while working in the beauty and fashion industry.

During my career, I also had an opportunity to collaborate with a beauty spa, whose philosophy was to use only organic cosmetics. There, I was asked to work with organic make-up and skincare to train their staff. It was my first time to work with natural/organic cosmetic and I was surprised and excited about this new discovery that was different in use and approach from conventional one. The results had made a positive impact on me, especially organic skincare. After having tried this type of skincare routine on my face, my skin looked younger, fresh and healthier. That occasion led me to dig deeper in this new field. I started to research this new field of beauty, especially learning more about the cosmetic ingredients. This was an important milestone in my career, that lead me further to collaborate with the natural beauty industry too, where I gave and gained new, extended knowledge. I did trainings, seminars, consultations and written articles for different natural brands and shops. From that time on, I include in my personal beauty routine natural cosmetics as well. However, I remain an avid enthusiast of all beauty and make-up!

Beside being a make-up artist, I’ve studied many mind-body related concepts for wellbeing like EFT and the Bach Flower therapy.

I really like to share my experiences, expand my knowledge, make new connections and start new collaborations.

I kindly invite you to read my blog, share your thoughts with me and most of all: ENJOY the path!

    Hello,

I hope this message finds you well.

I’ve just had the fortune of being awarded the Very Inspiring Blogger award and as part of the protocol I’ve awarded 15 other blogs as well, yours being one of them.

Obviously I don’t know what your stance on blog awards is, but it’s your choice as to whether you’d like to accept it or not and I only mean to say thank you for putting together such a great blog that interests and inspires. 🙂

Full details can be found in my post here: http://fashionthatpays.wordpress.com/2014/02/17/very-inspiring-blogger-award-home-calling/

Searched for Boho Cosmetic review and find your site.

Most of the products you wrote didn’t available in my country (Indonesia), but it doesn’t stop me reading your posts 😀
