Skin care products your skin will love!

I’ve been quite long with doing this article; first I was so immersed in trying and exploring them on all levels, plus researching every brand which are all new for me, that the time just passed away. Finally, it’s a great time to present you some of my new fabulous discoveries that I use recently and adore them! I realized that in the last year I was unconsciously more oriented on European brands, but somewhere in my head I had wishes to try something new from US brands that are so praised. For this wish come true, I have to thank very much Amy, from the US web shop Pure citizen, who suggested me all these beauties, and which you can purchase them all in one place! Here is a thorough review of each of these products.

Organic Grits & Honey Scrub by HollyBeth Organics

The luxury of this scrub are its incredibly natural and genuine ingredients you could eat them! These are for me things that are a really luxury for the skin and should have the slogan “Because you’re worth it” 🙂

This is the first product I’ve tried from this brand and I was so fascinated by its texture and how it works on skin that it’s definitely among n.1 scrubs on my favorite list.

Ingredients: Zea Mays (Corn) Kernel Meal*, Honey, Prunus Amygdalus Dulcis (organic sweet almond) Oil*, Tocopherol (organic vitamin E). *organic

As you can see the list with ingredients you are literally in front of an all-to-eat product! The product is handmade with organic ingredients, Cruelty-Free and it comes in a glass jar (2 oz./ 60 ml). I hardly describe this product in detail because you should experience it with your senses. The smell is gentle, natural from honey. The texture is based on honey and crushed almonds, this is why it’s like an edible product. When applied on damp face, it is easy to spread and then after a while you rinse it with water and the skin becomes smooth and cleansed. It’s so delicate that it can be used on every skin type, even sensitive.

Pangea Organics Cleanser in Egyptian Calendula and Blood Orange

For those who search a gentle and mild face cleanser like me, this one from Pangea organics will be great! This is another fabulous product that was the first I’ve tried from this brand and immediately liked it. When I opened the bottle for the first time it came out a vigorous scent of red oranges. This cleanser is the type of cleanser I prefer most, especially in the morning when my skin has nothing on, but it needs a boost of freshness and yet light moisture at the same time. It comes in a handy and beautiful glass bottle with a pump so that the application is most hygienic. Its texture is light and creamy, but not greasy and at the end when you wash it off, it leaves the skin hydrated and clean. Another beautiful thing that I noticed is their package(from carton made with wind energy): not just beautiful design but also ecological. When the package unfolded, it is made from one piece and inside there is written the Pangea philosophy. This product has a long list with ingredients, among the main ones are antioxidants and essential fatty acids for radiant skin, herbal extracts that soothe, balance and rejuvenate the skin. After your face is cleansed, the skin remains soft and nourished thanks to Calendula that is great for soothing and calming irritations. Blood orange as another key ingredient cleanses and balances the skin. The product is Gluten-Free and suitable for Vegan and comes in a 120ml bottle (4.oz).

Acure Argan Stem Cell + Chlorella Growth Factor Facial Mask

In general I’m not a “fanatic” of masks but when it comes to a special multi-purpose product that gives a boost and treats the skin so good like this Acure mask, then it becomes my SOS beauty product.

I like this mask because its texture and all that nice properties which leaves your skin cleansed and revitalized with precious ingredients all in one. This mask is called Cell stimulating because of so many great ingredients like:

French Green Clay draws out impurities

Moroccan Argan Oil, CoQ10 and Seabuckthorn Oil for moisturizing the skin

Organic Acai Berry, Organic Blackberry, Organic Rosehips, Organic Pomegranate, Organic Rooibos for the boost of vitamins and antioxidants

Organic Chlorella for for increasing the skin’s firmness and tone.

I’ve received this mask in a 30ml tube which I find handy to apply. I was laughing so much when I saw the instructions on the package: “Apply evenly over the face until you look like a green sea-monster. Allow to set for 10-15 minutes. Rinse thoroughly to a refreshed and renewed you!” When applied on face it really looks like a green monster 😀 You need a thin layer of this mask because it’s very powerful on the skin. Once I got some redness but it wasn’t a bad sign, it was the reaction because of removing impurities and because of increased blood circulation. This mask is really an energetic boost to your skin!

Cleansing sponge by Dr. Sponge

Finally I’ve tried this famous sponge! And it was quite a revelation for me, mostly because of its natural property of increasing volume when soaked with warm water. It doubles the volume twice! And for those you think it’s a usual sponge, it’s not! This is the most fascinating fact that

This is great solution for all who have very sensitive or problematic skin, as well as for babies, for whom was originally designed. The most important thing is that it does not contain any harmful ingredients and it’s completely natural. Its texture is smooth and not rigid or rough as it might look at first sight and so it really suit even sensitive skin. After using it on your face you can feel a soft feeling on your skin. I haven’t tried it dry but it is said that you don’t need to dry the face with towel because when you squeeze out excess water from the sponge it can be used to dry the skin. And no additional cleanser needed! This is the best thing about this product! You can find many varieties of this sponge and as I read on the website: “each sponge lasts for at least 3 – 4 months and can be used repeatedly on a daily basis.” I will test it and the time will tell, but anyhow I’d say that it’s a very innovative, useful and convenient product especially for those with problematic skin. I’ve tested the original facial and body Cleaning sponge in white color and without any fragrance.Later I saw another great tip that I have to try: the small sponges can be used to apply foundation as well!
